30-day returns
You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to return
Email info@shopyachtsupply.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Restocking fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-returnable items
Custom or special-order items, opened paints and chemicals, flares and other hazardous materials, and used items.

Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you.
